Orbit Bloom Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Orbit Bloom handles information when you play the game or contact support. For privacy questions, contact bhiappsinteractive@gmail.com.
Game information stored on your device
Orbit Bloom saves your best score and, in production mobile builds, your selected age group (13–17 or 18 and older) in the app's local storage. No date of birth is requested. The age group is used to set Google's under-age-of-consent flag for ads; it is not sent to a developer-operated server. The game does not upload your best score to a developer-operated server. The game does not require an account or collect your name or email address through gameplay. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location.
Advertising and third-party services
The mobile app integrates Google AdMob for banner ads and optional rewarded ads that allow retries. Development and internal test builds use test ads. The browser preview uses simulated ad placements.
Google's advertising SDK may collect and share network information, including IP addresses that can indicate approximate location; information about ad and app interactions; diagnostics; and device identifiers such as advertising and app set IDs. Google uses this information to provide advertising, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Available information depends on platform, privacy settings, consent, and SDK behavior. Non-personalized ad requests can still involve this data processing.
The app currently requests non-personalized ads and uses Google's consent tools where applicable. When required by the consent service, an Ad privacy choices control lets you revisit your choices. You can also manage advertising privacy settings on your device. Google's SDK documents encryption of its transmitted data using TLS.
Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy and advertising information. See also its Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.
Fonts and external links
The current game may request fonts from Google Fonts. These network requests reveal an IP address and technical request information to Google. The game uses fallback fonts if the request is unavailable. Opening an ad, an external link, or an email link may take you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and resolve issues. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is handled through Gmail, which is subject to Google's privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Your best score and age choice remain in local app storage until that storage is cleared. You can reset your age choice using the Age choice control in the game. On Android, clearing the app's storage removes the locally saved score; uninstalling generally removes local app data, although device backups may restore it later. In a browser, you can remove the score by clearing site data. Orbit Bloom has no game account to delete.
Support messages are retained while needed to handle your request, maintain necessary support records, or meet legal obligations. You may email the support address to request deletion of support correspondence. Google controls retention of data processed by its services under its policies; removing the app does not necessarily delete information already processed by Google.
Intended audience and younger users
Orbit Bloom is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Production mobile builds ask players to select an age group before requesting ads. This is a self-reported choice, not identity verification. Players who select under 13 cannot proceed in those builds. Teen choices enable Google's under-age-of-consent ad setting; all ad requests use the General content rating and request non-personalized ads. A parent or guardian with a privacy concern, including about a child's support message, can contact us using the address above to request review or deletion of correspondence we hold. Advertising services have their own information practices described above.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the game's features or information practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
